Western claims Continued Success?Hi Everyone,
Doing reseach on Ohio. I see a lot of effort and energy proclaiming intent to start a plant there. Acquiring the funding to build a 1 Billion dollar plant takes time. I can't find where capital is being allocated in Ohio to even begin such a undertaking. That process alone could be very time consuming. I also see several paid articles today on Western's continued sucess in metal production. Can someone tell me what the definition of success is as a measurable event and how this is being continued?
