Why is it that everyone here is gleefully delighted to bash this company and give multiple reasons why WMG is finished??? Interesting perspective that you define pointing out that the company constantly fails to do what they say in their news releases as 'bashing'.
A couple of other posters are in that camp.

But since you brought it up, looking at it objectively, are they closer to being finished or a roaring success?
Has anyone communicated with the company? That is the company's job (and that is the point)
Call the company all you want, not informing the public with updates sends a message that most understand. Does anyone have any good info as to when trading will resume? Again, why would you ask that here?
The company should be bending over backwards to reassure shareholders with news about how they are doing all they can as quickly as possible to get this trading again.
If they wanted to this could have been resolved in a week or two (even Stockprobe admitted that, see below)
Why is it being slow walked?
Their silence tells all.
Others here have posted how the halt was the result of a small regulatory slip up and was 'temporary' and would be resolved soon.
Three months?

What next
How about maybe that the TSX is a difficult exchange to deal with, as evidenced by the fact that the OTC is still trading, obviously with a time extension.
Always making excuses why it isn't the company but the exchange, the bashers....
Most of the time people complain that the regulators are not hard enough on policing companies, this is a new twist, blaming the exchange for enforcing the rules and not the company for non compliance.
Three months to get the financials done, something that should have been done long before.
Cancelling and ostponing the AGM for over a year.
Saying they are building a plant but never talk about it again.
Going to all the effort and expense to build the CPP then 'moving it'.
Saying they process works better than expected and ready for continuous production then announcing they are building a new R&D facility?
Its a trend that isn't difficult to see.
Things should make sense. Does anyone have anything positive to offer? OMG, absolutely!

I believe they are just warming up!! Plenty of great news coming our way now that we have this reactor completed! 20 cent stock is a give away. THe short sellers are just going to help accelerate the share price to much higher prices. We are now at the point we have been waiting for all of these years. AMAZING!!

Very good week! The news coming is going to be beyond expectations. WMG has already shown how explosive it can be. 50 cent moves will be more of a norm. With the US importing most of it's Magnesium from China, a company like WMG are of huge interest to the US government. Without Magnesium US businesses would be in a lot of trouble. With the ongoing war with China through tarriffs, how long till China adds Magnesium to the list. Rare Earths are already on the list. WMG's move to the US is a massive change and opens the doors on so many levels. This is a place that NVM never enjoyed.

When you call out the old dog whistle of 'bashing' but maybe try being honest with yourself and see if maybe you are just a little biased.
If comparing what the company says in its news releases with reality is bashing maybe you should have a few Bud lights and relax at a nice drag queen storytime show.
People ability to see things rationally has been deminished by constantly being bombarded by Woke ideology.
Not Mother's, 'birthing people' because men can have babies too.
People need to be hired to meet diversity requirements not based on qualifications.
Trans women should be allowed to compete in womens sporting events.
If you are against open borders and letting millions of illegal aliens into the country you are a racist.

Do facts matter or do you just want platitudes that give you the warm fuzzies?
The stock is halted for non compliance for three months.
They have no production capacity now or in the foreseeable future (does share price have any relation to revenues?)
Are you hoping for a return on your investment?

Instead of having a production plant built in Ohio they are now talking about building an R&D facility.
Does R&D generate a lot of revenue?
Even if they announced that they are going to build a production plant today how long would that take?
When could revenue be realistically expected?
How would that be financed?
More dilution?
What would that do to the share price?
How long would permitting and enviro studies take?
If they have a CPP why are then not using it to crank out Mg and sent to end users for testing as they have stated in NR's instead of shutting it down and moving it?
Licensing the technology?
Does that fit with their previous self admitted paranoia about secrecy?
Purchase agreements?
To purchase what?
More bashing right?
