VMS GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS TO PURCHASE 2,392,000 SHARES
VMS Ventures Inc. has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company to purchase up to 2,392,000 common shares in the capital of the company pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable, on or before Feb. 28, 2016, at an exercise price of 66 cents per share.
Also, yesterday, Feb. 28, 2011, certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company surrendered a total of 4,589,800 options priced at $1.
In accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the grant of the options remains subject to the acceptance of the exchange.
The total number of options now issued to directors, officers, consultants and employees of VMS Ventures is 10,088,850 or 8.2 per cent of issued and outstanding shares.
