Changchun Sinoenergy up 6%???Hmmmm, I wonder what, if anything, that means??? Exchange was up only 0.5% but Changchun stock was up 6% on BIG volume. Stock price now ABOVE their share offering price of ~18.80 yuan. Probably some big news over there but only a select few people know it. Next to no disclosure rules there. Such a clown show in China!
