Not much on Wall Street spam

Not much on Wall Street spamThese robo-written pump bulletins aren't worth the time it takes to read them.  However this week did show a very important event that I'm tryhing to find more out about.  Exchanging 100 million shares for debt is critical to reducing their debt service, most of which comes due in the next two ears.  But how restricted the shares are and how they're to be traded or if there are any speciail conditions to redemption is not known. The market seems to have priced that in already and obviously liked the idea. XELA produces modestly decent cash flow - if they can knock 25% of their debt off and reduce the interest rates on the rest by a third, the company will survive.  So I don't see any $4 this year for XELA unless you totally eliminate the debrt and look only at cash flow, but it's also not going to go broke this year either.
