ZoomerMedia did have just a smidge of promise -- 10 years ago. Now it's part of a declining  investment class that no one in their right mind would go near. The entire business plan is to plead for government assistance in the face of its manifest obsolescence. A stupid thought, but that's the way things used to work when Moses was in what passed for his prime. The other side of the business plan is to pay 30 or 40 times the street value of third-rate digital plays like BlogTO. Will this slow the coming collision of ZUM being rolled over by Narcity, etc.? It will not. Not even by a moment.
