Anything above 6 bucks puts the yield at less than 6%.  Would have to really be knock it out of the park earnings to make that stick.

This is a good play at these prices.  Share price is being held back on a couple of fronts.  New building is a concern if they run into cost over-runs.  Always a concern to investors if
