its to be expected...when the announcement was made the price dropped from $4.65 to around $4.00 over the following few days on volume of about 4 million shares....people getting and out and people

even hurricane Isaac fails to lift WFE/GO
even with Hurricane Isaac, and even as 78% of oil production and 48% of natural gas production in the Gulf of Mexico is shut in, WFE and GO continue to sink... on skinny volume

Maybe the combined company is worth less than $4.00 and that's the reason for the current share price. Stock companies shares are only worth what others are willing to pay.

Mortgage backed securities....
Sprott would have been a very profitable back in the days of mortgage backed securities. You take a company with a poor track record and sinking value and put it together with a clean well run company

even the 5 year chart shows that $4 and change is basically the bottom support no matter what has happened over the last 5 years...it may stray below that for a day or two but really $4 is the support

jodie correlation or not, the message from the market is signalling loudly that the merger/reverse takeover is a bad move. Having GO run the new show makes it even less likely to succeed.

Fair enough but keep this in mind, Westfire produces its product for a cost of around 35$ a barrel. FYI they are in the money big time whether the market wants to give credit for ir or not. Long
