so finally got a look at the financials

three things stood out.  786,000 yes 786,000 on investor relations.  How is that even possible.  who on the board would ever approve a budget with that kind of number for a company now ...more

should get year end earnings tonight

will be massive writedown on oil and gas assets but perhaps some comment on where the money is going to come from to move projects ahead or even better a strategic options plan to sell the company.
