Good to see some M&A activity in the sector. I've always seen this going for more than 0.50. but I'd take it at this point. I don't know of insiders have higher hopes or not. Time will ...more

I see th debt settlement in shares as yet another positive. The sheer amount of shares held by insiders makes this a solid lottery pick..Just be patient folks.
