if it does get approved I think Yamana will be a survivor so I will hold my shares at least until the end of the year.

Your math is off - the ratio is .02092 and it is 0.1 cents cash. But in any case MGP is bid 9 cents so that is what you can sell for so that is what the takeover is worth NOW. At some future date who

My math may be off, however based on the current price of Yamana Gold this is how I calculate the buyout. $4.67*.0292 plus the 1 CENT is cash equals 10.76 CENTS? If I am wrong, please explain.

If you think the takeover price is too low...
....then stick around and see if a better offer appears. Personally, I bought in recently so I'm doing ok, but I understand the frustration of those who bought in a while ago.
