My geatest curiousity here is why  Green Bank is so rushed to gain control and move things towards a deal they like rather than what the company has moved towards. I think they will get a lot of ...more

Well the halt at Greenbank is over. They announced they were moving to stop everything the MFX directors are trying to do. No surprise. Their stock so far is up.

Business as Usual

Greenbank issued a release yesterday morning calling for resignation of the directors of MFX so this isn't anything new.  Market already was aware of this when buying up the stock at 4 cents. ...more

and has no authority over how the company does it`s buisness but a activist shareholder can create shareholder value by trying to get a board seat....what MFX did was ALL VERY LEGAL

LEGALLY MFX appoints a new director and makes a deal

It is a no brainer imo that this deal will go through and the MFX old mngt will be runing it for a while.Greenbank might get a seat as a director at some point but this is all just smoke not fire imo
