There is no way they sell the crown jewel and do neither. I'd guess a $8 special dividend and a $0.50/share regular dividend. Hopefully that would get us closer to $30/share...

They can certainly afford it and, as well, resume the normal dividend of $0.30 per quarter . Personally, I think these bolt ons are being acquired to spruce up the remains two divisions for sale ..
