I agree with CLOUDER and Mary. Too cheap. I believe $175 million was a fair offer. 3 Investors need to be repaid so they drafted up this offer. All Debt had to be paid first.

You can't have one without the other...warrants should be rolled-back as well as to its new strike price. If they choose not to do rollback, a new warrant provision is made with the exercise ...more
