Market is valuing the PNG business at barely 10-12 million (just the value of cash) probably because there is no revenue visibility. Imagine a situation where major projects are shelved or delayed ...more

If the whole premise was to unlock value (for the long run) then one needs to wait beyond the ROC distribution to truly benefit. In the short term, it's a guess as to what will happen.

The thing is if you wait for the RoC, you get a great surge of liquidity without needing to sell. So it's better for taxes if you intend to hold onto your holdings in the two companies. Frankly ...more
