Probably a smart money to cut the dividend and to take that money and put into the normal course issuer bid. Probably has little effect on the stock price in the short term. Longer term may help.

It would be a very poor move should they consider the dividend since they just raised it last quarter, and is definitely well below historical yields ($0.28/qrt before as opposed to $0.11/qrt today).
