Hi. New here. How can we expect another buyer if the deal says it closes first quarter 2018? First quarter of 2018 is almost over today isn't it? Am I missing something?

Sounds like senior management at Endeavor is assuming that their bid will stand. I sure hope that there is a competitor out there with deep pockets looking for market-leading OTT technology. IMO ...more
