Private Placement

Announced today...1.6 million shares at $.15. Just enough cash to get back on their feet. Slowly but surely there appears to be some light at the end of the tunnel. Chipshot2

The change over happened in my account yesterday. All that needs to happen is to have this POS stock hit $1.85 and I`ll get my initial investment back. Lovely.

they had a relatively small float already. not sure what good a rollback does other than scr#w the people who have supported the company. these tsx-v guys have absolutely no moral compass whatsoever.

As of Monday, August 27th, First Star Resources will trade on a consolidated basis, 1 new for 10 old. The ball has started to roll...I wonder if there is more? We will stay tuned ...more
