ATALOSS -- regarding severance: TCF does not do anything (legally) until the courts tell them to. your severance will be no different. Trust me, you will see nothing from these people

ummm money mart does charge interest, what I posted was copy and pasted from their site!! Thy charge 56% and if a person is in default they then charge 60%.

labor laws in Ontario states they would have to pay severance IF the company goes under while under temp layoff. call them if you don't believe me.
