Pretty sure the cash amount is set, they just say up too .76 in the event of more shares being issued or something, think it's simply a legal jargon thing more then anything

Start of a new breakout/up-trend? Re-org and Return of Capital will unlock a lot of value. I think Book Value is still roughly $2.30/share (that's without non-cap loss tax asset)
