1247856 B.C. LTD registered April 2020. Changed named to Akome November, 2020. new co. so I assume the patent applications are new too which means no public viewing for 18 months from filing

COOL reversal today
COOL announced rescinding share exchange with PBIC to focus on key business. I think this was a really strong move and apparently market did too = up 7%.

We at least reduced dilution by almost 3 million shares (increasing shareholder value/sp today) by the rescission of that bad CGOC (now PBIC) deal. Now if they would only reconsider the Nasdaq

???? it doesn't matter because the marketcap is the same before and after a consolidation of shares ... what matters is a nasdaq-listing possibly requires a minimum marketcap

How about the 2/1rs after the 6/1. What's sad is that after the rs's mgt and insiders just issue themselves huge amounts of new stock so their relative positions don't change.
