Six 9s. 6 sigma is a quality control thing. In statistics sigma is used to represent standard deviations. 6 sigma would be a 1 in 500,000,000 probability of an issue. Maybe that would equate to eight ...more

There are some problems. They commissioned the plant Jan 19. They powered it up February 24. Generon turned it over to DME on March 14. They still are not selling helium, and are reworking the wells ...more
