LOL - shareholders?  I thought the debenture holders voted NOT the shareholders?  82% of debentureholders THAT VOTED - voted for the deal.  Many are passive investors that don't ...more

The bankruptcy/Receivership narrative was FUD. Co. ended Q3 with $3.5M cash on hand + then borrowed another $5M on an asset they put up for sale a month later. Why would they do that? Because they ...more
