I read this as a partnership or distressed asset sell off.  IMO crop is calculating what it would cost to be in an operator ownership position and planning to market that with a full blown sales ...more

The news release did state that they wanted to own a higher percentage of their properties so I would have to say a brutal raise is a must to stay in business.

My biggest concern right now is where are they coming up with the money to fund operations and pay the bills , especially with their burn rate , anybody have any info on this.
