Iceberg means you can't see the bottom of the order. If you sell into it the number of shares bid doesn't change. i.e. someone is anxious to buy shares at .245.

I havn't sold yet either. I don't know what an iceburg order is but I don't think it will have any effect on anybody holding until the end. BTW Whats an iceburg order. LOL

My comment on the escrow amounts. I believe 5m in escrow is from Ez and 30m is from MWS. WIth 5m of the total going to bond holders. I can see a reasonable chance of there being some sort ...more

Since the assets are being sold the best way out is to sell the company to someone as a tax loss for them to offset taxes they need to pay. They have tax losses in the hundreds of millions of dollars ...more
