FTN unit nav to OCT 31 after dist. = $19.22
Spreadsheet still showing a gain of 8 cents from OCT 15 th numbers. Distributions were just over 21 cents . So the commons now valued @ $9.22 and with the last trade @ $8.83 the discount is 41 cents

FTN still showing a gain of 12 cents since the OCt 15 update. After distributions this drops the NAV 0f the commons to $9.26... I would expect some stop losses got hit today and took the commons down

Just a recent owner of my first split share and l do agree with you that nothing ever can go up forever , but on the other hand , FTN according to Mouserman is trading under NAV value , not a premium

It's never good for anything to keep rising everyday. (That doesn't sound too good lol) Seriosuly though, I've never liked seeing any stock I own constatnly go up. We need some down days

So a bit of a pullback end of day, both in the US banks and the exchange rate. Overall tho a 28 cent gain in 2 weeks is not a bad move. Commons now valued at about $9.42 after distributions are

CAD banks /lifecos are falling down now after a fairly strong start to the day. US banks however are cooking right along with help from the USD gains. Still the FTN commons are valued @ $9
