According to my information only 38 million of MFX's 72 million outstanding shares are floating. The suspect the 34 non floating shares is what kyboshed the deal. Someone or group is holding a ...more

Good thing Special Committee protecting shareholder's interests. Existing shareholders would not want share dilution and a reverse takeover of MFX. Harper and Howlett tried to sell out ...more
