buys stock in this case 1.25 plus one warrant gets you one share and the company gets the money .

The warrants should have been rolled back 25:1 but were not consolidated like most are after a rollback, ergo 25 warrants to buy 1 share at $1.25($.05 X 25 = $1.25).I wish people knew what they were
