If they are expecting 20mm in free cash flow from this in year one, I'd like them to say so publicly. I think they would owe it to shareholders to disclose that expectation.

So, our cash is inflation reduced by 10% each year. Yet, investing that cash in a business that can raise prices and/or cut costs to keep abreast with inflation is a bad deal. Gotcha,,
