I agree, the Mordashov family (Nordgold) own 20% of CDV and access to the Cardinal data room since early March. Nordgold has mines in neighbouring Burkina Faso which likely facilitated due diligence. ...more

NordGold made a very low offer. The Chinese offer is acceptable, if need be. I think .60 AUD is still too cheap and expect a higher offer from NordGold or someone else. I would expect .75 to ...more
