LOU is bakken light oil, they produce zero heavy. Q2 earnings mentioned they picked up 200 barrel a day acquisitions for a 6 million.

The US SPR is at an alltime low.  They need more heavy oil and LOU is in the USA.  I would not be surprized, given the bonuses in June, to see this bought out within the next 90 days.  ...more

Trades this week.

LOU has good numbers, no debt, and money in the bank. And no one is buying. I hope the trades are all from the overhang and they are by LOU itself to cancel those shares with their normal course ...more

So, now LOU will buy back 33MM of the shares it issued @.40... for .50... I guess it was just a loan and we're paying the interest on that loan. Only 81MM more to buy back of that unbrokered ...more
