threatening to suit the new entity of GXI and entangle them in a long court fight in order to stop 3 private cos from buying GXI. under such threats, thw private cos will hesitate to buy. If that ...more

Nope.  a bit like when GXI took over Initium Onboard and they created a company to hold all the debt which was then declared bankrupt.  Avoiding payouts to the benefit of anyone else was ...more

the document say swithout equit claims of 25.3 m, unsecured loan holders get 0.60 to 0.80 on a dollar. If equity cliams are succesful, threy get 0.36. Read page 16 and 17

Top of page 16, section 46, as Unsecured Creditors are receiving les than 100% of what they are owed, equity shareholders will not get any money back.

Common shareholders = equity interest. Creditors are getting 0.67-0.81 cents on the dollar. There is nothing left over for the shareholders. All common shares are being grouped together and cancelled ...more
