I agree that it's a lousy deal, since the merger shareprice is less than what the shareprice was only a few weeks before the announcement. Selling the company out at a market low and with Escobal ...more

I'd expect the deal to go through, regardless. However, if Tahoe shareholders vote it down, the company is probably on the hook for paying PAAS a termination fee of $38 million bucks. That would ...more
