its not generous. heres why: if you run the numbers assuming equity is about a zero and the convert debt is pro rata new equity, then convert holders get way more by voting no. company will exit the

Seems to me that equity owners are better off (same NAV/share but they now get a debt free company that should flourish provided management is competent); current ARCAN management is just as well off

Do you own the converts? If so just express your dissatisfaction with the current proposal to mgmt and vote no. Id probably settle for something in the 90-100c range with the difference made up

they did not break out any metrics but i get somwhere around 85k per flowing and 4 something on cash flow, which seems fair........
