Less of Float is Open

MFX  Outstanding shares:  59 M;   Float:  38 M;  Insiders hold 39% of 38 M float = 15 M Therefore, only 23 M of float is open.

On another note the insiders hold 39% of the float so out of 59 million shares only 36 million are open market.
