NAV $18.53 end of day
Yes I get the same, the NAV is down .16 cents from yesterday's close putting it at $18.53. Still trading at a .23 cent discount with the last trade of $8.30. Golferman

Question, if Sept 30ths NAV was $18.63 and todays NAV was$18.21 why are you saying the loss was only $0.16?

This is not true. The lifecos have minimal exposure to property loss.

The Lifecos may be the anchor tied to their legs? Especially with Hurricane damage, etc we've been viewing on the MSM news outlets. GLTA the good folks here.

So the gain was nearly 53 cents since the Sept 13 update and decucting over 20 cents in dist. my guess comes in @ $8.69 as far as value of the FTN common shares after distributions. Last sale @ $8.37

Still showing a gain of 46 cents since the updated numbers mid sept. Discount getting bigger with the selling again today. Last sale at $8.33 means a 30 cent discount. Amazed that BK gets a premium

FTN UNIT NAV to Sept 27 = approx; $18.64 after dist.
So the gain in UNIT NAV was 47 cents since mid Sept. update. So commons would be valued at about $8.64 today at the close AFTER distributions are factored in. Much prefer FTN over BK
