Well book value isn’t really a good proxy for value.  The intrinsic value is based on cash flows not book value.  Are you saying that they want to do buy backs below that number?  These ...more

Once the NCIB begins, according to the company's conversation at the AGM, the fair value/book value  is $0.80-$83 cents a share.

Yes, I believe this will be on the agenda and PR will be out after that. The money will be used to purchase shares of CFY. So the share price should improve.
