I dont think its such a bad deal... you get a cash bonus, plus ENB shares PLUS ENB dividend in Dec and ENF dividend in Nov. So there is quite a bit of cash hanging around; and of course you ...more

I have enf (b/e) and ala (down). Ala will be fine as they are now a regulated ultility. Collect the juicy dividend on both.

EACH SHARE HOLDER HAS ONE VOTE AND SO DO THE BIG FUNDS HAVE ONE VOTE, THERE ARE MORE INDIVIDUAL SHARE HOLDERS THAN BIG FUNDS. SO INDIVIDUAL SHAREHOLDS CAN TURN THIS DOWN, BECAUSE THIS DEAL STINKS

Lol I’m grateful it wasn’t 100 Airmiles.... At least the ratio’s improved, closer to the averaged number I was on about a while ago (I forget what that was, exactly).

My first guess? To limit dilution of ENB. That last 45 cents might take some metric over/under an undesirable threshold. Other ideas? .
