Debenture buyer - 002 (RBC?)

Has been a consistent buyer of debentures since July I think.  Price wise doesn't mean much since they were buying then when it was 76 and now its 58.

The $1.25 is the price the debenture holders can convert their holdings to shares. If the company decides to pay the debentures off in shares then the conversation rate is normally 95% of the 20 day a ...more

If the offers aren't good, maybe another option is a flow thru. The Cdn drill ready locations would improve annual cashflow in the first year (and zar's cdn oil production by 25%) by over $6M ...more
