They will sell the North Dakota asset. No decline to speak off, quite a few drilling locations, its oil is light and priced on LSB whatever that is which is closely tied to WTI not WCS. Its an asset ...more

It is indeed a buyer's market, the multiple on field netback seems to be around 3x? Eagle bought an asset for $30M 3 years ago and sold it just recently for $13.8M! @$65 WCS ($55 today ...more

The market is so thin, one new buyer (rbc) can affect the price though the Debbies did go up gradually before the SE sask asset sale and again gradually before the buyback/extension offer.
