They will sell the North Dakota asset. No decline to speak off, quite a few drilling locations, its oil is light and priced on LSB whatever that is which is closely tied to WTI not WCS. Its an asset

They had $3.2M cash at June 30 (payables up $1.8M). Guessing revenues may come in $1M less than Q2 (so similar to Q1) with current WCS levels. They said ops costs are coming down ($300K?), no hedge

So the sp is down 30% in the last little while. Reason I believe is the company is almost out of cash, do not have a credit line and have a debenture payment of $1.65m due September 30? Moreover

Suncor,Cenovus,Meg energy and more are operated by the dumbest CEO's in oil patch. Not enough pipelines or rail to move product . So solution is to cut production and make more money by selling

Another Bakken deal was out today. NOG pays approximately US$45,000 per flowing barrel or approximately CAD$59,000 per flowing barrel in the Williston Basin for NON-operated production, see below

It is indeed a buyer's market, the multiple on field netback seems to be around 3x? Eagle bought an asset for $30M 3 years ago and sold it just recently for $13.8M! @$65 WCS ($55 today

The market is so thin, one new buyer (rbc) can affect the price though the Debbies did go up gradually before the SE sask asset sale and again gradually before the buyback/extension offer.

Investors are starting to bid up the debentures or now at $0.82 on the $1. Something has to happen with this thing as they have been in strategic review forever, language has changed in last quarter

If you believe that mgmt (CH) and the BoD are fiscally conservative (I do), then you have to assume they have more than enough to pay the debentures off. Primarily/entirely from the North Dakota

Recent deals in Canada demonstrating it remains a buyers market. Zargon may not have the best of assets but trading at .43 cents is ridiculous. Insider selling is not helping. Perhaps
