Oh yeah you are right. That means $900k in EBIT instead of $1.2m. So a $9m market cap. And almost $2m in net cash by year end after the buybacks. So 8x EV/earnings.

Are there rules they can only do that in ceratin periods? It seems now would be a good time to buy back yet I don't see anything on Canadian Insider.

another month and we get q4, and then we will quickly get Q1 a month following then. Should know the yearly trend either way by then...It’s been a long grind since q3 in November

I don't see any buybacks so far by company on canadian insider. Are they not allowed or something before reporting annual report?
