It might help ZAR's CF in July but as far as a potential transaction goes I doubt it. It could just as easily go in the opposite direction at anytime with a pipeline outage of some sort.

I hadn't been paying much attention for the past couple weeks. Just noticed the WCS differential is up to $32.60 (CAD), as per PSAC. Ouch!
