From what I can see

The management got shares at 0.05 for compensation for work. CEO at the time wanted to sell company to gbc at 0.02 per share in return for a guarantee job somewhere else. Other managementhan must have ...more

Nope no consolidation any time soon. GBC and MFX management are in a scrap for control. GBC wants it and MFX says not at the cheap price they were offering. I figure GBC has to offer us 1 GBC share ...more

If so then these Greenbank guys should just offer a fair share exchange for MFX shares say 10 MFX shares for 1 GBC share. They would probably be successful at taking over MFX doing that.
