I assume that as we are so far from the close of the transaction we are not trading at .8428 of the CL shares.Since today CL is at 14.94 and OH should be at $12.59 - no where near that at $11.20

If that was the case, then we'd be trading around that price. You get .8428 of a CL share for each OH share so what that's worth will obviously depend on the current price of CL when the deal ...more

Obviously the entire sector has been affected today by Aphria and Organigram but we still have a $1.25 discount to what we're worth in terms of CL shares. GLTA
