I agree, however, history shows that most companies that do a 10 for 1 suffer a 10-15% setback in shareprice afterwards, followed by a slow growth or a flat line.

Yes, 360 mil o/s. Big dilution.  I'd have to suspect a 10 for 1 consolidation would be in the works too.  IMO.

I am a survivor from Noble peak and for that reason would not touch this stock with a bargepole I still have the remnants of my original investment It is hardly worth selling
