Cant say for sure. I have preached for 9 months a Bank R on this company.  The ship sailed when they could not sell their debt and raise bond money. You have the Rapids, the VGs, the other ...more

Anyone have access to the us courts web site called pacer? I wonder how much detail is in tids filling. It takes about a week to get an account because they have to snail mail you the account info.
