DTLA.... Operating CASH FLOW POSITIVE ???!!!

Carena's link is for Sept 2022 (nine month) report..... shows company operating CASH FLOW was positive.   2021 was also cash flow positive.   here's Carena's link ...more

777 Tower in Los Angeles has been sold for $145 million. Brookfield Asset Management defauled on this office last year, debt owed was $289 million.
