Yes but I never heard of a company issuing a div. one month after they just paid one.. They could have easily said that tjphe paymount would July 1 st...So why did they rush the point?

This was a NEW dividend policy, only announced in March of 2017, and they paid a dividend for Q4 2016 to shareholders of record March 15.  The current dividend is the Q1 dividend for period ...more

Most are just trading the price swings.  It's very volatile, ideal for day trading if you can time it right.
