RE:RE:No brainer territory?

There is contingent consideration of $3M as of the end of last Q. That is payable in both Cash & Common Stock over a 3 year period. Arguably, any of remaining cash consideration for Delta will be ...more

RE:No brainer territory?

I believe they haven't fully paid for Delta. The cash value needs to be discounted.

No brainer territory?

What's current EV here at $1.10/share? I believe there is $4M of cash on hand, so that would be about $9.8M? ... they paid $7M for the Delta Rentals business alone.. seems like it's in the ...more

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Zero interest

Yes, roughly 6M of public float (ex Cyrus and insiders) seems reasonable. Of that 6M, there has been roughly 500k traded on the TSX post spin-out. I'm sure there is a fair bit on other alt ...more

RE:RE:RE:RE:Zero interest

I guess liquidity (or lack of it) also creates outsized movement - if we remove Cyrus and insiders shares, there is what, about 6 million shares in the public float?

RE:RE:Zero interest

Certainly seems so - and case in point: A single 100 share lot sold today at close to drop the price by 10%! Now if they can only do that but in the reverse direction, we will be happier.

RE:Zero interest

Pretty clear someone is trying to push this down. Constant down tick on minimal volume at the end of the day.

Zero interest

Just no interest out there for HWO (or HOH) at the moment. Market seems to be discounting HWO's assets way too much at this level.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TD Seller Has Sold Out of Inventory

I don't see an issue with the cash allocation. The PNG business needs to be completely redefined, maybe relocate to Australia also if needed. That strategic decision needs capital. This business ...more

Agree on your points Avalon. The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is if they are considering making an accretive acquisition, why did they not hang onto more cash? It just seems that it is ...more

The way the business stands right now, I don't see the need for a full time management team. Any M&A opportunities can be decided by the board. They haven't fully paid for the Delta ...more

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TD Seller Has Sold Out of Inventory
