I would have thought the shorts would pile on this and drive it down to cover. That is generally their MO when a stock looks like its turn the corner. Maybe they are amatures?

Suspect some of this rise is the result of the shorts covering. However BRAG has issued some very positive news releases lately. Sure has been a run this week.
